These Terms of Service govern purchases made through this website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders and Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Product information, pricing and availability are displayed on the website before an order is placed. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

2. Payment

Payment must be completed through the payment options made available at checkout. Orders will be processed after payment has been confirmed.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are dispatched from Singapore using established delivery services, including DHL, FedEx and UPS Priority services, where appropriate.

The standard transportation period is approximately 5–8 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary according to the destination and the applicable delivery arrangements.

Tracking information will be sent automatically to the email address provided when the order is placed. Tracking notifications may be issued at relevant stages, including dispatch, arrival at logistics facilities and local delivery.

If an order exceeds the stated standard transportation period, we will contact the relevant carrier and investigate the shipment. Following review of the circumstances, an appropriate resolution may include a full refund or replacement shipment.

4. Delivery Risk and Ownership

For consumers covered by applicable European consumer protection legislation, the risk of loss of or damage to the goods remains with the seller until the goods are physically received by the consumer or by a third party designated by the consumer, other than the carrier.

The transfer of the goods to a carrier does not, by itself, transfer the risk of loss or damage to the consumer.

Any applicable transfer of ownership shall take place in accordance with the applicable contract and mandatory law.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Where the statutory European consumer right of withdrawal applies, consumers have a 14-day withdrawal period without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period normally begins on the day the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, receives the goods.

The customer should provide the order number and relevant purchase information so that the request can be processed.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory statutory rights applicable to consumers.

6. Damaged or Defective Goods

If goods arrive damaged or have a defect, the customer should contact us by email after receiving the order and provide the order number together with clear photographs or other relevant evidence.

After reviewing the information provided, we may arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund or replacement. Where appropriate and permitted by the circumstances, customers may not be required to return damaged goods and photographs may be sufficient for the matter to be reviewed.

Statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.

7. Refunds

Where a refund is approved under these Terms or applicable law, the refund will be processed through the original payment method where practicable.

The applicable refund amount and timing will depend on the circumstances of the order and the relevant statutory requirements.

8. Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information required for order processing, including their name, delivery address, email address and telephone number.

Where incorrect information supplied by a customer affects delivery, additional arrangements may be required to complete the order.

9. Product Information

Product descriptions, measurements, photographs and prices are provided to assist customers in making an informed purchase. Customers should review the relevant product information before placing an order.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by applicable Singapore law, together with any mandatory consumer protection provisions that apply to consumers in the European country concerned.

Where mandatory consumer rights apply, those rights shall prevail over any conflicting provision of these Terms.
