Refund Guarantee

1. Order Processing and Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders are shipped using delivery services such as DHL, FedEx and UPS Priority. The standard transportation period is approximately 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout at relevant shipment stages, including dispatch, arrival at logistics facilities and local delivery.

If an order exceeds the stated standard transportation period, we will contact the relevant carrier and investigate the shipment. Following review of the circumstances, an appropriate resolution may include a full refund or replacement shipment.

3. European 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

The withdrawal period generally begins when the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, receives the goods.

4. Returning an Order

Where a return is required following a valid withdrawal request or another applicable return arrangement, the goods should be sent to:

Customers should contact us before sending a return so that the applicable return instructions can be confirmed.

Where the law permits consideration of the condition of returned goods, the customer may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

5. Damaged or Defective Goods

If an order arrives damaged or the goods have a defect, please contact multifunctional@coredriphold.com after receipt.

Customers should provide:

Order number;
A description of the issue;
Clear photographs showing the relevant damage or defect.

After reviewing the information provided, an appropriate remedy may include a refund or replacement. Where photographs provide sufficient information to assess the matter, the customer may not be required to return the damaged goods.

Statutory rights concerning defective, damaged or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method where practicable.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the payment method and the relevant financial institution.

Where a refund is required by applicable law, it will be handled in accordance with the applicable statutory requirements.
