Order Processing

Shipping Services and Taxes (Delivered Duty Paid)
We supply customers across Europe using established, reliable delivery services, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS Priority.
The standard transit period is 5 to 8 business days following dispatch.
To ensure a seamless delivery experience and full transparency, all international shipments are fulfilled on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means all applicable import taxes, customs duties, and clearance fees are calculated and prepaid at checkout. Customers will never be required to pay any additional unexpected fees upon delivery.

Tracking Information
Tracking information is sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout the moment your order is dispatched.
Comprehensive tracking updates are provided at all relevant stages of the shipment, including:

Arrival at international logistics centres;

Delayed Shipments
If an order exceeds the stated standard transit period, our team will proactively contact the relevant carrier to investigate the shipment status.
Following a review of the circumstances, if a parcel is deemed delayed or lost, we guarantee a swift resolution, which will include either a full refund or an immediate replacement shipment at no additional cost to the customer.

Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing strictly accurate delivery information when placing an order. If incorrect or incomplete information impedes delivery, we will reach out to arrange necessary corrections to complete the shipment.
For consumers covered by applicable European consumer protection legislation, your mandatory statutory rights relating to delivery, loss, or damage remain fully unaffected by this Shipping Policy.
